Automatic generation of personalized reports
By default, we offer a CR containing the 22 to 26 sections requested by My Health Space and only those discussed during the consultation are displayed (Reasons for the episode of care, Care Plan, History of treatment, Ongoing problems and antecedents, Allergies and Hypersensitivities, Medical Dispotifis, Acts and Interventions, Prescriptions, ...), but it can also be personalized according to your care, and a short version is also proposed
Structured Data Extraction
Whether for updating the patient file or for clinical research purposes, several hundred structured data ( Morphology , clinical stage , Allergy or Hypersensitivity , etc.) can be extracted from your audio consultations and CR databases. We rely on the standards of Mon Espace Santé which are themselves based on international standards ( LOINC , CIM 11 )
Generation of standard documents for healthcare professionals
You can define the standard documents that will be generated automatically at the end of the consultations: letter of address to a colleague, medical certificate of absence, e-prescription
Identification of risks & suggested questions
During the consultation, the Praxy software can suggest questions to ask your patient to complete his file (e.g. did you do the colon K screening) or check for inconsistencies

My Health Space is gradually enriched with all the information in the patient file organized into 26 sections with more than 300 types of structured data, and various standard documents. We are developing a complete integration with it, at the end of each consultation you validate the information to be sent to MES. Other integrations are under study such as secure messaging (MSS) and shared calendar
