Video conferencing software

Using the chrome plugin launched on the web page of your video conferencing tool, we capture the audio streams from it to generate the transcript of the consultation and its CR

IP telephony integration

We offer custom integrations so that transcript, CR and intelligent answering machine generation work in an integrated way with your IP telephony solution for all your teams (e.g. Advanced Practice Nurse(s), medical secretary(s))

In physical consultation

Our web application uses your PC's microphone to record the consultation (functional with most fixed or portable PCs and MacBooks, and if needed we provide adapted microphones)

Which analyses voice and text for medical language

The application not only produces your reports, puts them in the format required by My Health Space, but also extracts the structured data expected by your ERP to allow more granularity in patient follow-up, as well as the identification of potential anomalies or risks

Automatic generation of customised reports

By default, we offer a CR that includes the 22 to 26 sections required by My Health Space and only those discussed during the consultation are displayed (Reasons for the care episode, Care Plan, History of care, Current and past problems, Allergies and Hypersensitivities, Medical devices, Acts and Interventions, Prescriptions, ...), but this can also be customised according to your care, and a short version is also proposed

Extraction of structured data

Whether for updating patient records or for clinical research purposes, several hundred structured data items (Morphology, clinical stage, Allergy or Hypersensitivity , ..) can be extracted from your audio consultations and medical records. We rely on the standards of Mon Espace Santé, which are themselves based on international standards (LOINC, ICD 11)

Generation of standard documents for healthcare professionals

You can define the standard documents that will be generated automatically at the end of consultations: referral letter to a colleague, medical certificate of absence,  e-prescription

Risk identification & suggested questions

During the consultation, the Praxy software can suggest questions to ask your patient to complete their record (e.g. have you had colon cancer screening?) or check inconsistencies in the record

Integration with Mon Espace Santé patient records (in progress)

Mon Espace Santé is progressively enriched with all the information in the patient record, organised into 26 sections with over 300 types of structured data, and various standard documents. We are developing a complete integration with this, at the end of each consultation you validate the information to be sent to MES. Other integrations are being studied, such as secure messaging (MSS) and shared calendar

Integration with specialist ERPs

We are building plugins via API to communicate  with specialist ERPs (Calimed, Maddie, Cegedim, ..) for data extraction for the patient record, retrieving calendar information, ..
